The historic Wheeler House and Homestead is located at 1100 Dorset Street in South Burlington. This charming brick farmhouse has gorgeous views of the Vermont mountains. The Parlor is simple and charming. Included in the room rental: six wooden chairs for guests, a table, WiFi, bathroom, free parking, use of outside trails with view for photos. To reserve the room, you must pay in full the nonrefundable cost. Minium rental time is one hour.

$150 per hour Saturday and Sunday
Holidays $200 per hour
