$60 for license and $10 for mailing you a copy.

DO BOTH OF US HAVE TO GO PICK UP THE LICENSE

No, one person can pick it up.

 

WHAT IF I WAS MARRIED BEFORE?

If your marriage ended because of divorce, you need the date your divorce was finalized.
 

If your spouse died, you would need a copy of their death certificate.

Purchase your marriage license 60 or fewer days before your wedding. Give me your license when I arrive at your wedding. I cannot marry you legally without your license. If you don't have a marriage license, I can officiate a commitment ceremony.
