If your marriage ended because of divorce, You will need to know the date your divorce was finalized.
If you your spouse died, you will need a copy of their death certificate.
You give the marriage license to me and I file it with the state of Vermont after your ceremony. If you want a copy, you need to request one be sent to you at the time you purchase your license.
